I know you've seen the before and after pictures, so I thought I give you some of the action pictures.
Almost done, just a few more snips. He has exchanged the paci for Dad's pen. The little guy did great, no crying, just exchanging the arms of parents.

I'm so proud. :) All of mine cried for the first haircut. (Except RJ, because his 1st wasn't until he was almost 2, and it was at Disney!)
